PROJECT OVERVIEW
Even though the initial brief from client was about automation of workflows, our research outcome showed that there’s a gap between the company’s business objectives and existing marketing tools.
So we sat down with the client and revisited the brief, and changed the focus into redesigning user experience of the Marketing Website with following key goals in mind.
Then we derived the problem statement and initiated user research.
INSIGHTS
Following are the key insights derived from our research.
Following persona was developed to reflect our end user.
SOLUTION
In preparation for developing visual designs, we brainstormed our way to three questions that would guide our work.
We then arranged the ideas into an Minimum Viable Product (MVP) matrix in order to prioritise our deliverable based on impact and effort.
and came up with the user flow.
Then we arrived at a high-fidelity version of the design based of following principles;
- Grab attention above the fold
- Build trust
- Explain the product
- Provide further information
We designed above the fold with with a product video and call to action to make is simple and attention grabbing. Menu bar was revised to make it easy to understand.
After that, media articles and brands associated were displayed to build trust.
In the next section, we attempted to provide clear visual messages to explain product features so the user can understand the product easily.
Moreover, we resigned “How it work section” by giving step by step guide for Service Providers and Clients.
Next section was designed to provide further information based on user needs and client testimonials.
Finally, we worked on a high-fidelity prototype of our final designs.
And here’s the prototype video
